You may suspect that you’re autistic and want to understand yourself better. I do adult diagnostic evaluations that are neurodivergence-affirming and attuned to a range of traits and learned strategies (e.g., camouflaging, masking). The testing process includes the strengths-based MIGDAS-2, ADOS-2, clinical interview, developmental history, and other tools. A written report is prepared with recommendations and resources. We'll explore areas including:

  • Social Relationships

  • Interests, Sensory Awareness

  • Social Language, Communication

As a parent or caregiver, it's not uncommon to seek some extra help when your child or teen is going though a hard time. You may want to better understand and support them, improve your interactions and communication, or lower their anxiety. Our work will help you understand and address what’s going on with them, process your own reactions, and chart a path forward. I'll consult with school or other providers upon your request. We can focus on areas such as:

  • Mood Concerns

  • Anxiety, Perfectionism

  • Learning, Developmental Differences
