Therapy
Are you looking to explore your relationships, communication, self-care practices, or to make changes in your personal or professional life?
In psychotherapy with me, we'll work toward increased self-understanding, figure out where to make adjustments so life can be more manageable, and look ahead at where you’d like to go.
Therapy to Explore:
Anxiety & Mood
Burnout & Overwhelm
Life Transitions
Self-Esteem
Communication
Relationships: Personal & Professional
Work and Academic Challenges
Affirming Therapy
In therapy, we’ll explore what's on your mind, how your past experiences are influencing you today, and how it’s connecting to the larger context of your life. Together we’ll identify goals and the path to achieve them. I'll support you in navigating the steps, while ensuring our work is focused and purposeful.

We’ll work toward gaining clarity about your stressors, self-care, and boundaries; increasing coping strategies to help manage daily ups and downs; improving communication; and building confidence. During sessions and in between, you’ll get to practice strategies that are tailored to your needs and I’ll give you feedback.
Sessions involve:
Clear and direct communication
Specific and actionable goals
Practical techniques and approaches
Check-ins about progress and invitations for your feedback
Therapy Designed to Achieve Your Goals
Psychotherapy can be a transformative experience, and isn’t meant to last forever.
Your sessions with me will be goal-oriented and collaborative.
We’ll work towards:
Improved focus and attention
Better time management
Enhanced emotional regulation
Organizational skills
Increased confidence
Stronger relationships
